Site Development
We clear the land, grade and prepare the site infrastructure for the placement of underground utilities and other improvements necessary for construction to begin on a project.
Underground Utilities
We install all underground utilities including storm, sanitary, and water/fire. We have experience in restoration and rehab of existing pipe systems, installation of lift stations, and pipe relining.

Road Building
We have worked on several road projects, including DOT, performing restoration, infrastructure updates, and milling and resurfacing of the roadway.
ABOUT
WD Site Development was established in 2012 by Jaret Williams and Nelson Duarte to serve Central Florida. Jaret and Nelson were raised in the Central Florida area and are rooted and invested in the local communities.

Our focus is site development, underground utilities, and road building. Bonding capabilities with an A+ rated surety allow us to meet the criteria for government, municipal, and private sector projects.

We have had the pleasure of completing several projects for Orange County Public Schools, numerous for Universal Studios Orlando, Valencia College, University of Central Florida, and various commercial, multi and single-family developments as well as numerous FDOT projects.
